The first few fastest runners have made their way onto the bridge on National Avenue in Barrio Logan for the Navy's 2013 Bay Bridge Run/Walk.
"This is the start of the bridge guys!" one runner told his sons as he pushed them in a double stroller up the incline on what is usually the bridge off ramp.
