Hi there,

It looks like someone was posting on this site using my name and email address. I found out when I received a notice that a comment was removed.

I just wanted to see why you're allowing comments from unverified email addresses.

Thanks

I just heard from someone in our area who resisted installation of smart meters and is glad not to have one. Also, from a lady in Lompoc who read the Coronado Patch (as she had vacationed there) and found out about smart meter issues there, went outside to find one on her home... realized that is why she and husband ill. See #5 below.
I suggest carrying the following Patch blogs (from La Mesa Patch, but they apply to the County):

@CoronadoPatch is there a way to break up the twitter feeds into "breaking" and/or others to allow phone subscriptions to the "important" stuff while not getting inundated with the soft stuff? For instance, Politico does it this way with a number of categories that members can subscribe to individually so that tagged posts/tweets are only sent to those who subscribed to that category. Would make it more user friendly and time sensitive. Just had to unsubscribe from the phone tweets as it's causing me to miss important texts due to the volume of tweets on "fluff", but I'd rather not miss the important, breaking news. Just a thought.
