Patch Pet of the Week: Nate

Supporters call him a 'love' who deserves to be adopted.

Nate is a male all-black cat, approximately 1 year old.

This wonderful boy is the heart of the Coronado Animal Care Facility.
He keeps his positive attitude despite the many months he has waited for that special someone to notice his gentle ways. Nate has helped to raise kittens, greet newcomers and is always pleasant and accepting of every visitor. He would be the perfect addition to a family with children, dogs and other cats.

His unassuming ways qualify him as Mr. Congeniality and an all-around goodwill ambassador. This young man will let you kiss him, give hugs and scratch his belly in exchange for love, sunny windows and warm laps.

Please come meet him and enjoy his easy style at the Animal Care Facility, 1395 First St., next to the Ferry Landing. Visitation hours are everyday but holidays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All adoptions are complete with spay/neuter, current immunizations and microchip. Adoption fee is $50 for one cat, $25 for each additional cat.
