Glorietta Bay Inn Earns ‘Best Guest Relations’ Award

Glorietta Bay Inn, with 89 rooms and suites, won the Best Guest Relations award at the California Hotel & Lodging Association's Stars of the Industry ceremony on Nov. 19.

The California Hotel & Lodging Association recently awarded Glorietta Bay Inn with the “Best Guest Relations” award. The annual award is presented to hotels that exemplify exceptional levels of service, quality and value. The Inn has won the award on a statewide or national level in 11 of the past 15 years.

In addition, housekeeping manager Fe Herron was awarded the “Outstanding Manager of the Year” award.

Awards were given at the Hotel & Lodging Association’s Stars of the Industry ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort on Nov. 19.

“Our staff takes pride in what they do. They are empowered to make every effort for our guests to feel at home and treat them as family members. We appreciate CH&LA for recognizing our efforts two years in a row,” said Glorietta Bay Inn General Manager Claudia Ludlow in a statement.
