$325 in Shrimp Stolen, Robber Drives at Store Manager

Coronado Police reported that the male suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and swerved towards a store manager that had confronted him.

Coronado Police reported that 13 bags frozen shrimp was stolen from the Von's on the 800 block of Orange Avenue on Oct. 18.

Police reported that an unknown male entered the store at 10:30 a.m., took the shrimp valued at $325 and left without paying. He then reportedly loaded his vehicle with frozen food.

As the store manager contacted the suspect to retrieve the stolen food, the suspect fled the scene in his vehicle and swerved towards the store manager, according to police.
