Whose Line Is It Anyway? It's CoSA's!

The Coronado School of the Arts (CoSA) will perform short acts, which will be mostly improvised, on Nov. 21 and 22.

How is creative drama born, nurtured and given expression? Find out at an evening of entertainment created, written, produced and acted by the CoSA Musical Theatre & Drama Repertory Company.

On Thursday and Friday, Nov. 21 and 22, the Rep Company will present student-crafted short scenes ranging from harrowing to hilarious.

The students begin the dramatic creative process by writing individual sketches, then casting them.

The sketches are primarily improvised dialogue (think Saturday Night Live! or Whose Line is it Anyway?). CoSA’s Technical Theatre students collaborate with the directors to create the needed staging, props, effects and music.  The rehearsal process leads to two performances that are sure to delight audiences.

Performances are in the Black Box Theatre at Coronado High School, located at 650 D Ave. Coronado, 92118.
