2nd Annual Coronado Pet Parade Marching into Town
The Pet Parade & Chili Cookoff will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22 at Promenade Park on Strand Way.
The Coronado Pet Parade & Chili Cook-off is fun for the whole family, even Fido.
The event, in its second year, will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22 at Promenade Park, 1845 Strand Way.
It is $10 to register your dog in the pet parade. Registration starts at 11:45 a.m. Categories in the parade are most handsome male, prettiest female, most beautiful rescue pet, best costume and most gorgeous senior pet (12 years and older).
Come hungry too. Local can enter their best chili recipe. A panel of local judges will select the best chili of the year award.
