Wendy is a certified life coach who helps people determine the best direction for their lives. Some clients have been through a life-changing event that leaves them feeling lost and unsure about what to do next. Wendy has received extensive professional coach training. She graduated from the highly selective Martha Beck Coach Training program. The founder, Dr. Martha Beck, has developed a strong coaching curriculum based in neuroscience, transformational learning and behavioral science. Martha is a regular guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show and writes a monthly article for O Magazine. Wendy was personally trained by Martha Beck and received her life coach certification in 2007. This method of coaching works because it focuses on your brain and how you are using it. Changing the way you make choices is the best and fastest way to solve problems.

In addition, Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology from Bastyr University. She selected Bastyr because it is the world’s leading natural science institution and offers a mind-body-spirit approach to the science of psychology. This program incorporates rigorous psychology instruction as well as courses in personality, disease processes, psychotherapy, spirituality, Ayurvedic and Oriental medicine and wellness.

In-person coaching sessions are available at the Damn Thirsty offices located in Coronado and Seattle. For the rest of the planet, Wendy offers the flexibility of phone appointments. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs and include tools and exercises designed to move you forward.
