Sara- I agree the outside looks appealing and the interior is not bad. However given that most…Read More believe Zahau was murdered and now Max's mother also think he was killed. There are much nicer homes available for much less money that don't involve a possible double homicide. If you had the money you could look past that fact? That home creeps people out. I know people that purposely refuse to look at it as they pass and I don't think that will change anytime soon. Spend your $18M elsewhere.

Spreckels looks beautiful and I really love the changes that were made to the front. The home has…Read More so much history, the tragedies of July '11 were just a small moment in time for the house - the happy moments spent in that home must outweigh the sad ones by thousands. I don't think Ms. Zahau's unfortunate suicide from the balcony will mar the home's appeal to potential buyers. I would, however, advise a really good sage smudging. Just sayin.

Both environmentally and economically, KeystoneXL is the right choice for America. Pipelines are…Read More already the most environmentally safe method of oil transport. Over the past 20 years, 99.9992% of the approximately 13.5 billion barrels of petroleum liquids moved by pipeline each year has moved safely, according to government statistics (http://primis.phmsa.dot.gov/comm/reports/safety/sigpsi.html). And KeystoneXL will employ the most advanced pipeline technology, including more than 50 safety standards that exceed the legal requirements, next-generation pipeline technology, and a 24-7 monitoring system. It’s a project that will create thousands of jobs, generate billions in revenue, and increase America’s energy security by bringing in an additional 830,000 barrels of oil per day from a friendly nation.

Saw the same crowd when the Alaskan Pipeline was proposed.....let me see if I understand the data…Read More ...fossil fuels have killed 12 Billion people & the earth's temp. because of CO2 has risen a couple of hundreds of degrees..sounds ominous so in my opinion Dilitium Crystal fuel usage should be mandated by the Government!
