Bamboo Yoga Studio is intimate, tranquil and truly Zen. Dark wood stairs lead up to a yoga studio known as the yoga room, where a small class takes place behind a soundproof glass door. The yoga style is Iyengar for all levels of practice, and the studio also offers blended method, flow basics, restorative Iyengar and Forrest yoga. Hours vary depending on level of practice, and customers are advised to call ahead for more information. The company has a sister location on C Avenue that specializes in Pilates training.
