Art for Wildlife Galleries

Flag as Inappropriate

This spacious and open gallery, owned by Tom Strong, was established on the stunning Coronado Ferry Landing in 1994. Strong has another gallery on Coronado in the Loew's resort, but this is the main venue. The natural surroundings to the building are fitting given the theme of the gallery's art. Housing work from more than 100 different artists, the collection is firmly rooted in themes of nature.

Anyone can enter and enjoy the art, which includes vibrant paintings of jungle cats, stingrays sculpted in bronze, and various other original creations. If you're in the market, the pieces are for sale and marked as such. For shop hoppers who may have grabbed a snack, make sure to ditch any food or drink before entering.
