Whether on the water or in the parks, when locals look for activities in the summertime there's no shortage of sports and events to enjoy.
Diversions. Coronado's beauty surely is a good distraction when life is getting you down, but sometimes you need a little more activity to work off the tension.
The community has it. From skateboarding near the bay to yoga on the beach, and parks to play in inbetween, locals and visitors alike have the opportunity to enjoy a range of events throughout the hot months.
Though the unofficial end of summer has passed, Coronado is still enjoying warm days and pleasant nights, good enough for more surfing, boating, and 'boarding. Enjoy a look back at how people in town played in the Summer of 2012.
