Bring your wetsuits and agility and get ready for the Superfrog Triathlon.

Registration for the triathlon is on Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and the race is on Sunday beginning at 7 a.m.

The triathlon is a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, 13.1-mile run.

We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike.
