Sailing in Support of Sharp Hospice Care

This regatta is the second part to a two-day fundraiser for Sharp HopsiceCare.

A ticket includes yacht reservation, lunch, refreshments, beer, wine, and post-race party dinner.

The race begins at 1 p.m. at east end of Harbor Island, winds around San Diego Bay and finishes near the Coronado Yacht Club.

Those participating in the race are competing for a spot in the 2012 Hospice Regattas National Championship in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Proceeds benefit Sharp HospiceCare. Previous efforts have made hospices available in nearby cities, like La Mesa.
