Two Coronado Preps to Play in County All-Star Basketball Game

Boys and girls basketball players from high schools throughout the county have been selected to participate in the 2012 Senior All-Star Game, which will be played Friday at Horizon Christian High School.

The teams were selected by the San Diego County Basketball Coaches Association.

Peri Curtis was selected to play for the South Team in the Girls game, which begins at 5:30 p.m.

Danny Heber was selected to play for the South Team in the Boys game, which begins at 8 p.m.

Additionally, there will be a boys and girls 3-Point Contest and a Boys Slam Dunk Contest during the evening. The 3-Point Contests will be at halftime of each game. The Dunk Contest will be at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Tickets will only be available at the door. They cost $10 for adults and $8 for students. Doors will open at 4:45 p.m.
