Village Elementary hosts its annual Harvest Hoedown fundraiser Friday, Oct. 12 from 4pm-7pm. The event is put on by the PATT-Parents and Teachers Together organization, and many local parents, high school students, and military personnel helps staff the booths and food stands.
The event is made possible through a $3,000 donation from local orthodontist Jamie Sinorino at Coronado Orthondontics. This is their 3rd year to be the main sponsor.
Nado Life restaurants also pitches in by donating all the food at cost, including treats from Village Pizzeria, Lil' Piggy's Barbeque and MooTime ice cream. Boney's Bayside Market donated pumpkins at cost. Ruth Ann Fisher, of Del Realty also gave a $1,000 donation to sponsor the band, “Crosswinds”. Business Products Express sponsors 2 booths and Potter Chiropractics sponsors the Dunk tank. The photo booth is sponsored by Nancy Rodriguez Photography.

Come join in on the fun and play some games like Rope the Steer, Duck Pond, and Gone Fishin'. For the little ones, there’s "Dunk Ken and Barbie", and for the older ones, there’s a "Dunk Your Favorite Teacher". The parent’s favorite part, is our “Silent Auction Baskets”.
