Coronado Woman's Club Cooking Class

The Coronado Woman’s Club and Sapori Restaurant are having an elegant luncheon featuring an exhibition class with Chefs Raffaele and Laura Petrazzuolo. 

The class will start at 11:30 a.m. and costs $40, which includes the meal and a class of wine. Vegetarian options will be available.

Chef Raffaele grew up in Naples, Italy and has a simple and elegant style of cooking. His wife, Chef Laura, originally from Great Britain, specializes in pastries. Both have worked all over Europe where they met more than 30 years ago. They spent the last 22 years in Australia where they owned and operated restaurants ranging from a tiny panini bar to six unique cafes. They now reside in Coronado.
