Coronado Village Inn is Sold for $2.5M to Local Corporation

The property boasts 15 rooms and was built in 1928.

The Coronado Village Inn has been sold for $2.5 million, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.

The 15-room establishment, at 1017 Park Place, was purchased by a Coronado buyer, Village 1017 Coronado Inc.. John Murphy presides over Village 1017.

Brent Darrel Bogh, head of the Bogh trust, is listed as the seller of the 85-year-old inn, according to the report.
