Coronado Plaza, a three-story mixed-use building in the 1300 block of Orange Avenue, has sold for $21.5 million, according to San Diego Daily Transcript.
SCP Coronado LLC sold the near 50,000 square feet building which encompasses an entire city block across the street from the Hotel del Coronado.
A $12.9 million loan from RBS Financial Products helped finance the sale to La Jolla-based PREF Coronado Plaza LLC.
Current tenants include Yummy Sushi, Vigilucci's Ristorante Coronado, Subway, Island Birkenstock, Lavender Day Spa and other businesses.
