Readers' Choice: Local Spot for Music – Coronado Boathouse 1887

Boasting an all-American menu and a prime location on the bay, the restaurant is a great place to unwind and hear local bands.

You want to relax over a cocktail and hear a good band? Head to , say Readers Choice voters.

The restaurant has the charm of its history on its side – it's a ringer, in miniature for the classic across the street – is owned by long-time local Marty Jensen and has a prime spot on Glorietta Bay.

Voting in the Readers Choice poll below was open until 9 a.m. Friday.

This is a great event. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it a fun and enrichingRead More experience for my family. We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike. I feel better now with my daughter riding her bike on the busy streets of Coronado. Thanks again to all of the Police Officers, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and local volunteers.
