We want to create a Best of Coronado Patch guide for you to tell everyone your favorite businesses. You'll have a chance to weigh in on everything from food and sports to boutiques and party spots.

First up: Sushi.

Here are some favorites in town, but if we left one off, let us know in the comments and we'll add it:

Voting in the Best of Coronado Patch poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday. Ties will be broken by whichever business has the most thumbs ups in the comments section. We will announce the winner at noon Friday.

So tell us your favorite spot when you have a yen for sushi. And don't forget to tell us why in the comments.

Remember: The poll closes on Friday morning.

About this column: The best of anything and everything Coronado in 2012, based on your votes. Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places.

Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

This is a great event. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it a fun and enrichingRead More experience for my family. We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike. I feel better now with my daughter riding her bike on the busy streets of Coronado. Thanks again to all of the Police Officers, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and local volunteers.
