Several Coronado Homes Earn Historical Designations

At its meeting on Wednesday, March 19, the Coronado Historic Resource Commission designated the properties at 823 H Ave. and 875 Alameda Blvd. as Historic Resources in association with nominations for historic designation.

The Commission also designated the property at 1026 Flora Ave. as a Historic Resource in association with a “Notice of Intent to Demolish” application.

The Commission approved a Historic Alteration Permit for the property at 1212 Sixth St.; and recommended the approval of Mills Act Agreements for the properties at 1212 Sixth St. and 200 Palm Ave.
