Video: Navy SEAL Killed in Parachute Accident ID’d

Brett D. Shadle, who died at Pinal Airpark, AZ, was a member of Navy SEAL Team 6.

Navy Special Warfare Operator Chief Brett D. Shadle, 30, was killed March 28 in a parachute training accident in Arizona.

Shadle was a member of Navy SEAL Team 6, according to the U.S. Navy SEALs blog.

As Home Post reported last week, the Navy SEALs were conducting military free fall training at the USSOCOM Parachute Testing and Training Facility at Pinal Airpark, Arizona when the accident took place.

Shadle grew up in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania. He leaves behind a one-year-old son and a three-year-old daughter.
