How Satisfied Are You as a Coronado Resident?

The City of Coronado will mail out a satisfaction survey to random households starting next week.

The City of Coronado has hired the National Research Center to conduct a scientific citizen satisfaction survey.

The surveys will be mailed beginning next week to randomly selected households throughout the City.

The survey was developed by the National Research Center, in conjunction with the International City Managers' Association, to provide local governments a cost-effective method to understand the public's sense of satisfaction and expectations. The results of the survey will have a margin of error of plus or minus 5%.

In addition, because the survey instrument is used by over 500 jurisdictions throughout the country, the data can be compared to other similar-sized cities.

Each household selected to receive the survey will be sent an introductory postcard next week, followed by the actual survey shortly thereafter.
