Holiday Closures for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in Coronado

Wondering if you should put out your trash on New Year's Day or can pick up a book at the Coronado Library on New Year's Eve? Patch has the information on closures and special holiday hours for non-public safety facilities for Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

Aquatics Center

  • New Year’s Day: Closed

Club Room and Boathouse

  • New Year’s Eve: 7 to 10 a.m.
  • New Year’s Day: Closed

Community Center

  • New Year’s Eve: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • New Year’s Day: Closed

Golf Course

  • New Year’s Eve: Open
  • New Year’s Day: Open

Library

  • New Year’s Eve: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • New Year’s Day: Closed

Skatepark

  • New Year’s Eve: 10 a.m. to dusk
  • New Year’s Day: 1 p.m. to dusk

Tennis Center

  • New Year’s Eve: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • New Year’s Day: Closed
Plus, EDCO will not perform regular residential trash collection on New Year's Day. There will be a one day residential delay in service.

In addition, public services crews will not sweep streets on New Year's Day.

Lastly, the next Coronado City Council meeting is Jan. 7.
