Coronado Has Several Board and Commission Vacancies

Love Coronado? How about serving your community? The city has several vacancies on boards, committees and commissions.

Openings exist on the following boards, committees and commissions:

• Four members are needed on the Transportation Commission: one from the Cays; one from the Shores; one from the Village; and one at-large. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Feb. 7. 
• One vacancy on the Street Tree Committee. Responsibilities of this committee are to periodically review the City's approved tree list and make recommendations to the City Council regarding additions and deletions of trees, and on matters pertaining to trees along City streets and on public property. The position is open until filled. 
• One vacancy on the Parks & Recreation Commission. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Feb. 5.
