Stolen vehicle, 1200 block of 8th Street, June 14-18, 2007 Jeep Wrangler, vehicle taken after keys removed from unlocked residence. 

Burglary, 400 block of Palm, June 6-10, $1,200 laptop, entry was through unlocked sliding glass door.

Burglary, 1000 block of C, 2 p.m. June 18, electronics worth $150.

Burglary, 1400 block of 2nd Street, June 13-14, construction equipment worth $1,740.

Burglary, 900 block of E Avenue, 6 p.m. June 20, $1,000 laptop from unlocked office.

Burglary, 500 block of Alameda Boulevard or 900 block of B, Aug. 1, 2011-June 21, more than $30,000 in heirloom jewels, including an $11,000 pair of opal and diamond earrings and $8,000 two-carat diamond; victim is unsure if items taken from current or previous residence.

Burglary, 1600 block of Pomona Avenue, June 18-22, vacuum worth $100.

Petty theft, 1500 block of 1st Street, 8:30-11 p.m. June 15, keys worth $100. 

Petty theft, 400 block of Orange, June 17-18, bicycle worth $100, taken from porch.

Petty theft, 1800 block of Strand Way, 10-11 a.m. June 15, backpack taken from recreation center office.

Petty theft, 600 block of Orange, 9 p.m. June 20, a purse and contents worth nearly $300 left in Spreckels Park.

Theft from dependent adult, 1500 block of 2nd, 2009-2011, relative suspected of withdrawing money from elderly woman's account.

Forgery, 200 block of Prospect Place, June 11-19, improperly obtained prescriptions.

Fraud, 10 block of Blue Anchor Cay Road, June 10-11, items worth more than $400 charged to debit card.

4th Street and Pomona, 8:05 a.m. June 12, 2000 Ford Focus ran into fire hydrant, causing $3,000 damage. 

Pomona south of 10th, 2011 Harley Davidson and 2001 Volvo, 4:15 p.m. June 14, crash during left turn.

4th and A Avenue, 2000 Ford Ranger and 1996 vehicle, rear-ender, two motorists taken to hospital for back pain.

This is a great event. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it a fun and enrichingRead More experience for my family. We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike. I feel better now with my daughter riding her bike on the busy streets of Coronado. Thanks again to all of the Police Officers, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and local volunteers.
