Photo Taken Over Top of Bathroom Stall; Teen Files Police Report

The victim saw only the feet of the person accused of an invasion of privacy, said police spokeswoman Lea Corbin.

A teenage boy was using the bathroom near campgrounds at Fiddler's Cove on Fourth of July weekend when an unknown person stuck a camera over the top of the stall and took a photo with a cell phone camera, according to a report by the Coronado Police Department.

The incident took place in the 3200 block of Silver Strand Boulevard around 10 a.m. July 6, the 15-year-old told police.

The victim was only able to see the feet of the assailant accused of an invasion of privacy, said police spokeswoman Lea Corbin.

A search for an assailant was not possible since the incident was reported to police around 8 p.m. July 6.

"All cases are forwarded to an investigator so an investigator will get this case and he's going to speak to a victim but the victim stated he would not be able to identify a suspect because he didn't see the person taking the photograph," she said.
