Poll: 1st Amendment at Stake for Retired Navy SEAL’s Book?

Osama Bin Laden raid is subject—a departure from code of secrecy in famed Coronado unit.

Navy SEALs are as famed for their discretion as their heroism. But one has apparently gone rogue, writing a book set for Sept. 11 release called No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission that Killed Osama Bin Laden. It was reportedly written by retired SEAL Matt Bissonnette. A spokeswoman for his publisher said the book was vetted by a former special operations attorney. But the U.S. government hasn’t checked the manuscript for leaks or secrets. Should the government keep the book out of circulation?

This is a great event. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it a fun and enrichingRead More experience for my family. We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike. I feel better now with my daughter riding her bike on the busy streets of Coronado. Thanks again to all of the Police Officers, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and local volunteers.
