Robert Abramson, 87, Dies; He Was a World War II Vet and Engineer

Coronado was one of his favorite places to visit.

Robert Abramson, a World War II veteran and electrical engineer who made Coronado a vacation choice, has died, according to Legacy.com. He was 87.

In the Navy, the Tucson resident also served in the Korean War. After his military service he worked at IBM for 40 years, then founded a media business, Memories in Motion.

In addition to Coronado, he also favored Sedona and Las Vegas as travel destinations.
