Arthur D. Morrison Dies at 74; Lived in Coronado Before Move to Nevada

"Arthur loved to play golf, put puzzles together and loved hot August nights," obituary said.

Arthur D. Morrison—who made his home in Coronado before moving to Nevada—died March 6 in Reno, according to an obituary in the Reno Gazette-Journal.

He was 74.

“He married Shirley in Las Vegas in 1963,” said his death notice. “Arthur loved to play golf, put puzzles together and loved hot August nights. He was a parishioner at St. Therese Church of the Little Flower.”

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; sons Patrick (Estela) and Jeff ; daughters Debra (George) and Dawn (Larry). Sisters Dorothy and Patricia as well as 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial Mass has been held.
