June Gloom – Is There Something to Like About It?

There's got to be some silver lining to all that grey, right?

June Gloom has many of us, well, gloomy.

While our morning dreariness is not a full case of seasonal affective disorder, it does have us daydreaming of sunny mornings followed by sunny afternoons and sunny evenings.

In Southern California we are not happy unless we have clear skies from sunrise to sunset. But we are not here to complain; we want to stay positive.

What do you love about June Gloom?

On Twitter, one observer said, “June Gloom is perfect weather for working out outdoors. Well, at least for those of us that loath sweating in the heat.”

We are more than half way through June, let us know in the comments below what you actually like about June Gloom.

This is a great event. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it a fun and enrichingRead More experience for my family. We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike. I feel better now with my daughter riding her bike on the busy streets of Coronado. Thanks again to all of the Police Officers, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and local volunteers.
