Melissa d'Arabian, Food Network and Cooking Channel host, will have her new book featured on the cable shopping channel QVC Sunday.
Her appearance will take place between 9 a.m. and noon on host David Venable's show.
In addition, a detailed and full-color exerpt of her book, due Aug. 14, is up online, featuring sample recipes for chicken, roasted broccoli and an apple tart.
D'Arabian, to fundraisers in town, was the champion on a season of The Next Food Network Star. This is her first cookbook, which like her show, helps guide families through preparing healthy meals on a budget.
