Holiday Drink Recipe: 1500 OCEAN's Rita-Quila Cocktail

With all of the Christmas-themed flavors you’ll be savoring this holiday season, it’s important to mix it up every now and then. 1500 OCEAN at the Hotel Del Coronado pays homage to screen legend Rita Hayworth with its Rita-Quila cocktail.
Back in the 1930’s Hayworth began her career as “Rita Casino,” a south-of-the-border dancer who performed at The Del. Cheers to San Diego’s long history as a hot bed for hotties.

Rita-Quila Cocktail
Ingredients:

- 1.5 oz tequila
- 5 oz lime juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Combine tequila, lime juice and pineapple juice. Shake together.
- Strain into glass.
