Weight Loss - the effective way

Achieve successful weight loss results that have long term benefits. Become educated about nutrition and how to support your body through whole food nutrition.

Hi Everyone,

As a local spin instructor, Clinical Nutritionist and local small business owner I am consistently approached by people wondering why their current exercise or nutritional program isn't working for them. Do you work out consistently and not get the results you want? Are you frustrated by the nutritional sacrifices you make, yet still aren't losing weight?

One key to success is to change your workout program every two weeks or so. Your body quickly becomes acclimated to a consistent program so it is important to change things up and cause muscle confusion. If you are a runner, try adding a spin class to your weekly routine. Or try swimming for a change. Your body will show quickly show positive results as it attempts to adjust to this new and unfamiliar program.

As far as nutrition goes, try eliminating all white and processed food from your diet. I know that's easier said than done. Do it in small steps by adding in more dark green vegetables to each meal. Do this for one week, then try eliminating one processed food item. Continue on until you are eating more vegetables than processed foods.

Sound impossible? Contact me for assistance and a personal custom weight loss program designed just for you. One on one guidance from me will get you the results you want. I am here to help!
