The Pancake Monster Challenge

On Thursday, February 6th, Brian’s 24 will be celebrating its 5th anniversary.  Brian’s 24 is downtown San Diego’s only full-service 24-hour eatery, serving breakfast 24/7. In honor of their anniversary Brian’s 24 will be hosting a Breakfast Bash Celebration, featuring The Pancake Monster Challenge.  The Pancake Monster is one of Brian’s signature dishes, and it is not for the faint of heart (or stomach).  Competitors will be given one hour to consume the beast, which is made up of 3 fried eggs, 5 hotcakes, 4 strips of bacon, 2 sausage patties, an 8 oz. ham steak and an 8 oz. fried steak on a bed of special home fries.  Clean your plate and the $29.99 meal is on the house! Finishers will also receive an “I Conquered the Pancake Monster” t-shirt, a 30-day pass to Balanced Fitness, and a 3-month subscription to PetBox, featuring a pet supply box that will be delivered to their door monthly.  All participants in the Pancake Monster Challenge will receive a free sample PetBox and a 10-day pass to Balanced Fitness.Anyone interested in competing in the Pancake Monster Challenge on February 6th is encouraged to pre-register by calling (619) 702-8410.

The February 6th event will go from 6:00 a.m. until noon.  Brian’s 24 will be donating $5 for every person who enters the contest, $50 for every person who finishes, plus an additional $500 if five or more participants successfully complete the contest, and 10% of all sales for the day to the San Diego Humane Society.  In addition, they will also be donating $1 to the Humane Society for every short- or full stack ordered during the month of February.
