SES Recycling has the breadth of services, depth of resources and nationwide
partners and facilities capable of serving the recycling needs of all
industries. All of the electronic products we handle are recycled and processed
within North America using our own processing centers and other responsible
recycling partner facilities. We do not send anything to developing nations for
processing!

The Oceanside Earth Day Festival invites everyone to celebrate with us at
Kohl’s.  Enjoy arts and ecology activities for children and adults, info
booths, delicious snacks, eco-fashions and pet demonstrations for our
lifestyles theme.

Businesses,
non-profit groups and artists coming together for this event demonstrate that
cultivating clean energy and caring for our natural and human
resources is vital to the health and future of our planet and really is a whole
lot of FUN!!!

This event aims to raise awareness with the public as a breakthrough for green
technologies, and sustainability practices by doing what’s right and easy!!
The event benefits The Kids of America with sustainable business
cultivation and support for indigenous communities in strategic eco-systems,
and innovative leaders linking arts, technology, education, business and
agriculture.

The event is a free service to everyone to properly dispose of your old TV's,
computers, printers, and other approved items, and at the same time, help
reduce improper and illegal dumping in our city and landfills.

Study shows that 35 million pounds of e-waste are still sitting in California
homes and businesses.  Less than 29% of e-waste is currently properly
dismantled and/or recycled.  Electronic discard is one of the fastest
growing segments of our nation's waste stream.  70% of heavy metals, 40%
of lead and mercury contents found in today's landfills are from e-waste. June
12, 2009, new federal mandate requires that television stations switch from
analog format to digital format, which means a greater number of televisions
will become obsolete within the next several years.

E-waste includes: electronic products or devices that have reached their useful
end, whether in working condition or not. We accept Computer Monitors,
Television sets, PC Systems, Printers, Laptops, Copiers, Scanners, Fax
Machines, Toner Cartridges, UPS & PDAs, Power Supplies, Main Frame Units,
Networking Equipment, Mother Board Systems, VCR/VCD/DVD Players, Home
Entertainment Systems, Landline and Cellular Phones, & Small Portable
Devices.  We also accept car and forklift batteries.  There is a
$5.00 service fee for Microwave Ovens.

We DO NOT accept: Refrigerators, Washer and Dryers, Fluorescent Light Bulbs,
and Household Batteries.

Please come show your support for a cleaner environment by sending e-waste away
from our city and landfills to the appropriate recycling process.
