KNoodleIt Kick-Off Event

KNoodleIt™ a new online gateway connecting consumers with high quality, reliable service providers for home, event, leisure and business/technology needs, moves from beta testing to a formal launch with a public event and kickoff celebration.

The event is Sunday, October 20th, from 1:00 – 4:00pm at Verrazzano Central Park across from Santa Luz.  It is free to the public, and a substantial portion of the proceeds raised will be donated to The San Diego Center for Children.  “The event is a great way to introduce KNoodleIt to the public, interact with our members, highlight our exceptional vendors and raise money for a great cause,” explains Amanda Slocumb, VP Sales and Marketing.

Attendees will be provided food, drink and a children’s play area.  Door prizes will be raffled, including two grand prizes: A Night on the Town at The Lodge at Torrey Pines with transportation by Elite Image Limousine, and a Day at the Ranch at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico.  “Registration is limited, so we strongly encourage attendees to pre-register at www.knoodleit.com/event,” says Slocumb.

KNoodleIt was founded by Shannon Matwiyoff, a successful business executive and mother of two, who became frustrated by the lack of credible, objective web sources for filtering providers.  “KNoodleIt aims to become the solution for busy consumers seeking trusted, reliable service providers, and we are excited for San Diegans to learn more about KNoodleIt at our fall event,” explains Matwiyoff.

Covering 40 service provider categories, KNoodleIt’s providers include plumbers, handymen, electricians, event planners and business consultants. “KNoodleIt is ideal for consumers who want to get things done, but face the challenge of finding a reliable provider, having the time to research providers and feeling confident in those choices,” says Matwiyoff.
