Jewish Family Service and Pachie's Place Present Redirecting Children's Behavior Course

The RCB course atmosphere is fun, supportive, and non-judgmental. Through four, 2.5-hour sessions, parents and care givers will learn effective ways to become more calm and confident, and to raise children to be responsible and cooperative. The presentation will include discussion on
positive parenting techniques that will enable parents to redirect their
children’s behavior through loving guidance rather than ineffective punishment. By learning how to use practical, positive discipline tools, parents be able to create cooperation, build self-esteem and strengthen relationships from birth to adulthood. Participants will also receive tips on using logical consequences, setting limits and achieving peaceful resolution of conflicts.

To register, visit www.jfssd.org/rcb. The course is $150 per person or $250 per couple plus an additional $30 fee for books and workbooks due on or before the first day of class. Contact Lauren Pearl at (858) 637-3068 or laurenp@jfssd.org with any questions.
