Come and join me for a FREE weekly workout on the beach every Thursday at 7 am ! All you need is a beach towel, some water and a strong desire to get a nicer looking body for summer!!!
This is an ALL LEVEL workout that do not require any equipment but working out in the sand using your balance, your own body weight and some cardio will get you to burn a lot of calories and tone your body all over!
I will help you modify the moves if needed and soon you'll get stronger and stronger! I will also help with fitness and nutrition tips to follow the rest of the week to help you improve and get results faster.
Working out on the beach first thing in the morning is very energizing and meeting other people looking for the same thing can be very helpful for staying consistent.
This can also be a great accountability meeting for those already on a fitness program! We can share results, I can take measurements or before and after pictures. Seeing results month after month can help you stick to your new fitness and nutrition habits.
This is what I am seeing in my other Elite or VIP challenges. The weight sometimes doesn't change much week after week, but the pictures do! That is enough to get me and others going!!
We all need support and motivation from time to time and for some, they need to get started! We all start somewhere and what better place than the beach to get our body moving?? The fresh air, over looking the water... I guarantee you will feel amazing all day long after this fun workout!!!
