THE BAROQUE DANCE OF THE MONTH CLUB is here! From the Mark Morris Dance Center in New York City to San Diego, this unique outreach effort is the product of the Musical Oratory Foundation’s ongoing collaboration with The New York Baroque Dance Company.
Concluding her week of lectures/workshops at UCLA & UCSB, the inaugural 2013 workshop in San Diego is taught by renowned choreographer Catherine Turocy herself!
Master classes are open to all dance enthusiasts. Professional dancers, teachers, students, musicians, singers, and actors will find them particularly useful and illuminating. These are social and theatrical dances which are customarily tailored to everybody’s individual ability and experience level. Open to young people and the young at heart, ages 13 to 103. Beginners welcome!
