Coronado Team SAFE Clothing Drive

Hey Girlfriend's! Coronado Team SAFE is hosting a Clothing Drive from November 5th to November 19th benefiting My Girlfriend's Closet, a nonprofit organization providing a unique wardrobe resource that aims at helping San Diego homeless & disadvantaged teen girls. Team SAFE needs your gently-used or new, fashionable clothing for teen girls ages 12-22. Please bring your clothing, party dresses, shoes, accessories (purses, belts, hats, jewelry), and even unopened makeup to the Coronado Community Center 1845 Strand Way, or Coronado Middle School 550 F Ave. All donations will go to My Girlfriend's Closet. www.mygirlfriendscloset.info

We need to get the word out about this helpful event in Coronado for the future. It was a learning experience for children and adults alike. I feel better now with my daughter riding her bike on the busy streets of Coronado. Thanks again to all of the Police Officers, Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts and local volunteers.
