New Coronado Visitor Center website launched!

Great tool for locals and visitors alike!

The Coronado Historical Association, which manages the Coronado Visitor Center for the City of Coronado, announces the launch of a brand new, improved website, www.coronadovisitorcenter.com.  Already accessed by as many as 1,400 people from around the world each day, the improved site has wonderful, easier-to-use features with active links to local attractions and business websites and stunning photographs from a variety of locations around the Enchanted Island.  That number is expected to grow quickly as visitors and locals discover the ease of accessing information about all there is to see and do in Coronado.

Guests on the site can quickly access accurate visitor information, updated daily with details about special events, visitor resources, discounted tickets and other current offerings.  Since the Coronado Visitor Center, open seven days a week at 1100 Orange Avenue, is already the “go-to” resource for this information, Visitor Center Manager Janet Francis is in constant contact with local businesses, attractions and organizations and is able to refresh the website frequently with the very latest information.

The City of Coronado has contracted with CHA to manage the Coronado Visitor Center and www.coronadovisitorcenter.com website for many years.  In addition to thousands of website visitors annually, almost 100,000 visitors are served each year through direct contact with trained volunteers and tour docents at the busy Center, located adjacent to the Coronado Museum of History & Art at 1100 Orange Avenue.
