The SEAL-friendly bar welcomes Coronadans, tourists and Navy vets alike as owner Greg McPartlin marks 30 years in business.

Owner Greg McPartlin welcomed former employees, long-time customers, a few politicians and the customary tourists Monday as he celebrated .

opened in the summer of 1982 – Reagan was president, Prince William had just been born and a groundbreaking was hosted for what would become the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington D.C.

Cut to the present-day – presidents change, princes grow up – and McP's is not only still around, but noted near and far.
