Gas prices fell Sunday for the fourth consecutive day.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County fell Sunday for the fourth consecutive day, dropping four-tenths of a cent to $4.135.

The average price is 2.3 cents less than one week ago, but 3.5 cents more than one month ago and 17.7 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The four-day streak of declines is the longest since a 42-day streak ended July 13.
