Coronado Brewing Co. is pairing up with Brian Malarkey's Point Loma restaurant Gabardine.
The pairing will consist of a four-course dinner with beers from Stout to IPA. Chef Chad White has created the menu to pair with the beers.

Course One
White corn soup with crab & jalapeño hush puppy
Beer: Golden Ale
Course Two
Braised pork belly fried sweet potato, mustard greens & pineapple-raisin glaze
Beer: Orange Ave Wit
Course Three
Chicken fried steak/Fried okra, hopping John, pickle jelly, mustard gravy
Beer: IPA
Course Four
Chocolate pecan "candy" bar
Beer: Blue Ridge Coffee Stout
