Cheese – it's the new frontier in luxury, evidently.
Forbes reports that cheese has overtaken wine has the amenity de rigueur. Better yet, though, the magazine also points to the as one of the sites on the cutting edge of the trend.
The Del joins hotels in Chicago, Toronto and Hong Kong in being singled out for praise. The magazine in particular liked the resort bar Eno's use of a goat cheese from Oregon and its selections from Central California.
