Amid the craziness, another story emerges in the play, which is being performed again by Lamb's following a successful 2011 run. Master Pantalone is trying to get his niece to marry the richest man in Italy. All is fine until her former, and seemingly dead, suitor shows up.

David McFadzean, a former Lamb's staff member and co-creator of TV's Home Improvement, has adapted the old Italian comedy, and Lamb's Associate Artistic Director Deborah Gilmour Smyth composed the music, which will be performed live. Robert Smyth is the director.
