Tijuana River Action Month!

The Tijuana River Action Network, a binational action group working to cleanup and restore the Tijuana River is proud to invite you to the 2nd annual Tijuana River Action Month.

Tijuana River Action Month is a series of bi-national cleanups and activities within the Tijuana River Watershed on each Saturday starting September 17th through October 16th to focus attention on the need to protect and restore the Tijuana River.  Activities will include cleanup events, nature walks, educational workshops and stewardship opportunities.

The purpose of the Tijuana River Action Month is two-fold:

1. To encourage community volunteers and groups to become involved in the active protection and restoration of the Tijuana River; and
2. To recognize key efforts and investments by public and private agencies, nonprofits, and community groups to protect and restore the Tijuana River.

Date: Each Saturday starting September 17th through October 16th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
