‘Iron Man 3’ – Coronado Critic Says It's Not a Fitting End to the Saga

One of Coronado's pop culture vultures is not impressed with the latest entry in the superhero sequel category.

Suzette Valle, who writes Coronado Patch's Parents Talk column, is a pop culture writer and huge Comic Con fan. But don't count her among those pleased with Iron Man 3, the latest installment in the Robert Downey Jr. franchise.

She called it “somewhat disappointing,” with a plot that was “thin and difficult to follow.” She liked the past Iron Man films so much though that she's tempted to urge producers to make another one.

“In a way, I am not glad this was the final installment for the Iron Man series because of the unsatisfying ending.”

She also warns that the film earns its PG-13 rating, with some gore and sensual scenes. For more of her review, see her website, MamarazziKnowsBest.com. The movie fared better on Rotten Tomatoes.com with a fresh rating.
